VA Tech Wabag has won an order from Dangote Oil Refining Company in Nigeria for a value of about USD 105.5 million. Dangote Oil Refining Company is the largest single train petroleum refinery in the world. This is the second direct order for the company from Dangote after the Raw Water Treatment Plant order for Dangote Fertilizers which is in an advanced stage of execution.
The company’s scope of work includes Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supervision of Installation and Commissioning & Testing of an Effluent Treatment Plant with Reverse Osmosis, Demineralization & Condensate Polishing and Raw Water Treatment Package.

Shares of the company declined Rs 9.9, or 1.44%, to trade at Rs 678.20. The total volume of shares traded was 9,920 at the BSE (1.13 p.m., Tuesday).
