Steel Strip Wheels (SSWL) has bagged an export order for its new truck wheels plant in Chennai. Total order size is close to 2000 truck wheels to be supplied in next 2 months.

SSWL has already marked its entry in the potential truck and trailer steel wheels market in EU. SSWL expects to increase its presence in truck and trailer market in the coming months given the world class manufacturing facility at it's Chennai plant.

Shares of the company gained Rs 11.05, or 1.09%, to trade at  Rs 1,029.15.  The total volume of shares traded  was  233 at the BSE (10.59 a.m., Wednesday).
