Saksoft has received an approval to acquire the balance 24% of equity stake in Threesixty Logica Testing Service (360 logica) for amount not exceeding Rs 700 lakhs. With this, 360 logica will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at their meeting held on June 30, 2017, has approved for the same.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 89.27% to 993 compared with 22-day average volume of 9,250.

Shares of the company declined Rs 1.15, or 0.52%, to trade at Rs 219.35. The total volume of shares traded was 1 at the BSE (1.53 p.m., Friday).
