Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) has issued Commercial Paper for Rs 1.50 billion on March 23, 2017, in favour of State Bank of India (SBI), having maturity date as June 21, 2017. This step has been taken in terms of the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

Further, the Commercial Paper issued by the company on December 23, 2016 for Rs 1.50 billion has been redeemed on March 23, 2017.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 65.38% to 1,098,538 compared with 22-day average volume of 3,172,789.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.2, or 0.29%, to trade at Rs 69.85. The total volume of shares traded was 305,514 at the BSE (10.14 a.m., Friday).
