PTC India, the leading provider of power trading solutions in India, has signed an MOU with South Delhi Municipal Corporation for adoption of part of Bhikaji Cama Place under its 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'. As per the MOU, PTC would provide the civic services within the adopted area of Bhikaji Cama Place.
In earlier month, PTC India disclosed a small rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 9.58% to Rs 479.30 million from Rs 437.40 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined 10.66% to Rs 32,961.80 million, compared with Rs 36,895.40 million for the prior year period.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.3, or 0.52%, to settle at Rs 57.90. The total volume of shares traded was 206,913 at the BSE (Thursday).
