Nile announced that the board of directors of the company has recommended a dividend of Rs 3 a share (30%) on 30,01,900 equity shares of Rs 10 each for the financial year 2013-14.

The dividend is subject to the approval of members in the annual general meeting.

Shares of the company gained Rs 1.30, or 1.45%, to settle at Rs 91.05. The total volume of shares traded was 3,190 at the BSE (Friday).
