Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development arm of Mahindra Group, today launched its first 'Happinest' project in Avadi a suburb of Chennai.

Happinest signals the foray of Mahindra Lifespace into the affordable housing space with the objective of enabling a cross section of Indians to fulfil their dreams of home ownership in a safe, secure and healthy environment.

Shares of the company gained Rs 4.5, or 0.79%, to trade at Rs 573.75. The total volume of shares traded was 5,061 at the BSE (11.29 a.m., Wednesday).
