Indian Hume Pipe Company has secured a work order of Rs 1.08 billion from Narmada Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Dept., Gujarat for Lift Irrigation Project for transmission 100 cusecs of water from Kherva to Visnagar.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Apr. 16, 2018, falling 6.73% compared with the Sensex's 3.40% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 20.82% as against 1.34% fall in the Sensex.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.4, or 0.12%, to settle at Rs 339.80. The total volume of shares traded was 2,007 at the BSE (Tuesday).
