GMR Infrastructure has entered into pacts for divesting stakes in its Indonesian coal mining entities. Two of its subsidiaries , GMR Energy Netherlands BV and GMR Infrastructure Overseas, have entered into conditional share purchase agreement with PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk, Indonesia.
The pact is for selling a 100% stake. Besides, the company would sell mandatorily convertible bonds in PT Dwikarya Sejati Utama, PT Duta Surana Internusa, PT Unsoco and PT Barasentosa Lestari.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 48.09% to 14,452,372 compared with 22-day average volume of 27,841,771.
Shares of the company declined Rs 0.1, or 0.6%, to settle at Rs 16.60. The total volume of shares traded was 1,231,818 at the BSE (Friday).
