Genus Power Infrastructures, has won an order from a State-owned utility for implementation of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) including supply of 4.31 Iakhs smart meters. The value of the order is pegged at Rs 3.12 billion (net of tax).
This is the single largest order for AMI, directly finalized by any state utility in the country. This order reaffirms our market position, as a supplier of technologically advanced metering solutions.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.9, or 3.59%, to trade at Rs 26.00. The total volume of shares traded was 2,282 at the BSE (9.46 a.m., Wednesday).
