Gammon Infrastructure Projects' subsidiary, Gammon Projects Developers and Gammon Renewable Energy Infrastructure Projects, have divested their entire shareholding held in Satluj Renewable Energy (SREPL), a non-material and non-operational indirect subsidiary of the company. The consideration received from the sale amounted to Rs 1.50 lakh.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 91.95% to 91,166 compared with 22-day average volume of 1,132,113.
Shares of the company gained Rs 0.06, or 1.43%, to trade at Rs 4.25. The total volume of shares traded was 13,403 at the BSE (10.43 a.m., Wednesday).
