Bharti Airtel (through its subsidiaries) has concluded the deal with Millicom w.r.t. acquisition of 100% equity interest in Tigo Rwanda.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Jan. 31, 2018, falling 16.87% compared with the Sensex's 5.60% rise. It underperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 10.69% as against 8.29% rise in the Sensex.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 91.76% to 902,864 compared with 22-day average volume of 10,955,978.
Shares of the company declined Rs 2.75, or 0.63%, to trade at Rs 436.90. The total volume of shares traded was 63,363 at the BSE (9.41 a.m., Thursday).
