Bharat Forge has received an approval for acquisition of remaining 40% stake in its subsidiary company Analogic Controls India (ACIL).
Upon acquisition, ACIL will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors at its meeting held on August 10, 2017 has approved for the same.
Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 161.01% to 1,755,803 compared with 22-day average volume of 672,704.
Shares of the company gained Rs 7.75, or 0.66%, to trade at Rs 1,175.65. The total volume of shares traded was 183,415 at the BSE (10.59 a.m., Thursday).
