Ambuja Cement, third largest cement company in India, said that the stakeholders relationship committee has allotted 2,41,250 equity shares.

The shares have been allotted upon exercising of stock options by the employees under stock option scheme 2010.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.6, or 0.27%, to trade at Rs 218.50. The total volume of shares traded was 49,000 at the BSE (1.38 p.m., Wednesday).
