Procter & Gamble Hygiene And Health Care disclosed a marginal rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2016. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 2.81% to Rs 1,506.20 million from Rs 1,465.10 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter declined marginally 1.20% to Rs 6,655.90 million, compared with Rs 6,736.60 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 34.35 percent as compared to 32.10 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 2,286.00 million, compared with Rs 2162.3 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 46.40, registering 2.79% growth over previous year period.
