Prism Cement swung to a profit for the quarter ended June 2014. During the quarter, the company reported a profit of Rs 132.40 million compared with a loss of Rs 478.70 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 22.47% to Rs 13,887.60 million, compared with Rs 11,340 million for the prior year period.
Earnings per share stood at Rs 0.27 compared with negative Rs 0.97 in the same quarter last year.
