MRF disclosed a sharp rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 94.08% to Rs 4,468.10 million from Rs 2,302.20 million in the same quarter previous year.
Revenues for the quarter rose 6.05% to Rs 35,389.50 million, compared with Rs 33,370 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 19.61 percent as compared to 11.47 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 6,939.20 million, compared with Rs 3827.7 million in the previous year period.
