Monte Carlo Fashions will be launching public issue on Dec. 3, 2014. It is offering 5,433,016 equity shares of face of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs 630 to Rs 645 per equity share through an offer for sale by selling shareholders.

Bids can be made for a minimum of 23 equity shares and in multiples of 23 equity shares thereafter. The offer shall constitute 25% of the post offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.

The company may consider participation by Anchor Investors. The Anchor Investor Bidding Date shall be one working day prior to the Bid/Offer opening date. The bid/ offer closes on Dec. 5, 2014.

The book running lead managers to the offer are SBI Capital Markets, Axis Capital, Edelweiss Financial Services and Religare Capital Markets.
