Aptus Value Housing Finance India made a weak listing on the stock markets on Tuesday, August 24. The stock was listed at Rs 333, a 5.6% discount to the issue price of Rs 353.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 353 unchanged from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 354.60 and Rs 329.95 respectively. So far 14.36 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering which was opened for subscription between Aug. 10, 2021 and Aug. 12, 2021, was subscribed 17.20 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 353 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 346-353 apiece.
The category for qualified institutional buyers was subscribed 32.41 times, while those for non-institutional investors attracted 33.91 times subscription. The quota reserved by retail individual investors was subscribed 1.35 times.
