ADCC Infocad has launched its public issue today. It is offering 2.40 million equity shares of Rs 10 each. It has set price at Rs 40 a share.

The issue will constitute 26.49% and 25.17% of the fully diluted post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue will close on Oct. 8, 2014. Shares offered through fixed price issue are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform.
