Industrial metal prices closed lower in the global markets on Friday. Copper dropped the most with fall of 1.26 percent followed by Tin (0.75 percent), Aluminim (0.67 percent), and Zinc (0.37 percent) at the London Metal Exchange(LME). On the other hand, Nickel was the only gainer with the rise of 0.23 percent.
Copper prices lost $76.00 or 1.26 percent to settle at $5,939.00 per MT at the London Metal Exchange (LME). Aluminium prices declined $12.50 or 0.67 percent to close at $1,865.50 per MT. Zinc prices lost $10.50 or 0.37 percent to close at $2,825.50 per MT.
Nickel prices gained $25.00 or 0.23 percent to close at $10,900.00 per MT. Lead prices lost $4.00 or 0.18 percent to close at $2,269.00 per MT. Tin prices fell $150.00 or 0.75 percent to close at $19,755.00 per MT.
