Industrial metal prices settled higher in the global markets on Monday. Nickel gained the most with the rise of 1.33 percent followed by Zinc (1.24 percent), Copper (1.06 percent), and Aluminim (0.67 percent) at the London Metal Exchange(LME). On the other hand, Tin dropped with fall of 0.1 percent.
Copper prices rose $63.00 or 1.06 percent to settle at $6,002.00 per MT at the London Metal Exchange (LME). Aluminium prices went up $12.50 or 0.67 percent to close at $1,878.00 per MT. Zinc prices went up $35.00 or 1.24 percent to close at $2,860.50 per MT.
Nickel prices rose $145.00 or 1.33 percent to close at $11,045.00 per MT. Lead prices gained $6.00 or 0.26 percent to close at $2,275.00 per MT. Tin prices lost $20.00 or 0.1 percent to close at $19,735.00 per MT.
