IndusInd Bank announced that it is in the process of acquiring IL&FS Securities Services, subsidiary of IL&FS, following the receipt of the all regulatory approvals. The transaction closure is underway, subject to fulfilment of all condition precedent specified in the Share Purchase Agreement.

Shares of the bank gained Rs 3.85, or 0.23%, to trade at Rs 1,696.95. The total volume of shares traded was 19,569 at the BSE (10.01 a.m., Wednesday).
