Gayatri Projects has been declared as L-1 bidder for 3 road projects worth Rs 4.05 billion awarded by the Bihar State Road Development Corporation and funded by the prestigious Asian Development Bank.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Sep. 25, 2018, falling 4.25% compared with the Sensex's 4.18% decline. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, gaining 10.78% as against 3.33% rise in the Sensex.
Shares of the company gained Rs 3.3, or 1.79%, to trade at Rs 188.00. The total volume of shares traded was 1,993 at the BSE (1.04 p.m., Wednesday).
