The Lubrizol Corporation, inventors and the largest manufacturers of CPVC compound worldwide, and Finolex Industries, the leading PVC pipes and fittings manufacturer in India, today announce the signing of, FlowGuard Processor agreement for the manufacturing and sale of Finolex FlowGuard Plus pipes and fittings in India.

The product will be launched in the market by Finolex Industries in the last week of March 2017 and will cater to the building and construction industry.

Shares of the company declined Rs 0.5, or 0.1%, to trade at Rs 500.00. The total volume of shares traded was 50,291 at the BSE (2.27 p.m., Wednesday).
