Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in Coal India over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 12 basis points to 9.04 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 9.16 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
On the other hand, domestic institutional investors DIIs' shareholding decreased by 15 basis points to 8.45 percent at the end of September 2015 quarter from 8.6 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Non Institutions were holding 2.86 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 27 basis points from 2.59 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Corporate bodies were holding 1.24 percent stake at the end of September 2015 quarter, up 13 basis points from 1.11 percent as on Jun 30, 2015.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 79.65 percent at the end of September 2015.
