Piramal Enterprises has received an approval for issue of unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating up to Rs 1.25 billion on private placement basis.

The Administrative Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2017 approved for the same.

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was lower by 45.68% to 146,684 compared with 22-day average volume of 270,053.

Shares of the company declined Rs 73.15, or 2.53%, to trade at Rs 2,820.60. The total volume of shares traded was 19,081 at the BSE (3.45 p.m., Friday).
