Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) have reduced shareholding in ACC over the last three months. FIIs' shareholding decreased by 108 basis points to 18.65 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 19.73 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Domestic institutional investors (DIIs) have raised shareholding in ACC over the last three months. DIIs' shareholding increased by 101 basis points to 13.82 percent at the end of September 2014 quarter from 12.81 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Non Institutions were holding 17.23 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 07 basis points from 17.16 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Corporate bodies were holding 3.7 percent stake at the end of September 2014 quarter, up 05 basis points from 3.65 percent as on Jun 30, 2014.
Promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 50.3 percent at the end of September 2014. Indian promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 50.01 percent at the end of September 2014. Foreign promoters' shareholding was unchanged at 0.29 percent at the end of September 2014.
Shares of the company declined Rs 20.45, or 1.47%, to trade at Rs 1,370.05. The total volume of shares traded was 31,040 at the BSE (3.19 p.m., Tuesday).
