Ashiana Housing announced that it has launched residential project, named 'Ashiana Surbhi' located in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.

The entire project is spread across 5.65 acres of land with total saleable area of approximately 4.63 lakhs sq. ft, it said.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3.05, or 2.83%, to trade at Rs 110.95. The total volume of shares traded was 4,495 at the BSE (12.50 p.m., Monday).
