3i Infotech, a global provider of IT solutions, announced that the company has allotted 40,016 equity shares on Oct. 06, 2015 against conversion of the Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of principal amount of USD 13,000.

Earlier, the company said its net loss for the quarter ended June 2015 has narrowed to Rs 740.20 million.  During the quarter, the in the same quarter previous year. Revenues for the quarter declined 24.48% to Rs 2,745.90 million, compared with Rs 3,635.80 million for the prior year period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 0.36, or 9.84%, to settle at Rs 4.02. The total volume of shares traded was 5,455,531 at the BSE (Tuesday).
