TTK Prestige, a maker of kitchen appliances, said Friday the company has signed a long-term settlement with the Workers' Union at company's Hosur unit at Tamil Nadu. This settlement provides for a superior productivity as compared to the earlier settlements.

The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month till Aug. 26, 2015, falling 13.54% compared with the Sensex's 8.53% decline. It outperformed the market in past one quarter, declining 5.93% as against 6.60% fall in the Sensex.

Shares of the company gained Rs 60.95, or 1.66%, to settle at Rs 3,735. The total volume of shares traded was 11,474 at the BSE (Thursday).
