SKS Microfinance said that the company issued Commercial Papers of an aggregate amount of Rs 250 million on Dec. 19, 2014, which have been rated A1+ by a leading rating agency Instruments with the aforesaid rating are considered to have a very strong degree of safety regarding timely payment of financial obligations.

Such instruments carry the lowest credit risk. The aggregate Commercial Paper outstanding as on date is Rs 1.75 billion.

Shares of the company gained Rs 15.5, or 4%, to settle at Rs 402.80. The total volume of shares traded was 462,480 at the BSE (Monday).
