JSW Steel, an integrated steel manufacturer, has reported a growth of 2% in crude steel production to 1.01 million tons for April 2015. Production of rolled products-flat was during the month at 0.76 million, witnessing a fall of 1% over last year period.

Production of rolled products-long decreased by 19% to 0.13 million tons.

Shares of the company declined Rs 7.95, or 0.86%, to trade at Rs 912.55. The total volume of shares traded was 19,672 at the BSE (11.46 a.m., Monday).
