Hexaware Technologies, IT and BPO service company, announced the appointment of Sunder Madakshira as the chief marketing officer of the company. He was the vice president - marketing and communication at SAP. For the past 19 years his areas of focus are brand management, building influencer relations, PR employee engagement and customer evangelism.

Shares of the company declined Rs 11.25, or 4.06%, to trade at  Rs 266.  The total volume of shares traded  was  58,559 at the BSE (10.53 a.m., Wednesday).
