BGR Energy Systems announced a good increase in standalone net profit for the quarter ended June 2015. During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 24.48% to Rs 114.40 million from Rs 91.90 million in the same quarter last year.
Revenues for the quarter jumped 40.90% to Rs 8,940.70 million, compared with Rs 6,345 million for the prior year period.
Operating margin for the quarter stood at 8.12 percent as compared to 10.08 percent for the previous year period. Operating Income for the quarter was Rs 726.20 million, compared with Rs 639.9 million in the previous year period.
Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 1.59, registering 25.20% growth over previous year period.

Shares of the company gained Rs 2.2, or 1.8%, to settle at Rs 124.40. The total volume of shares traded was 90,259 at the BSE (Monday).
