Atlanta, announced that the company has entered into a Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA) as on June 30, 2015 with the lenders for restructuring of debts under the JLF route.

Atlanta is an India-based company engaged in the business of contracting activities like construction and development of infrastructure.

Shares of the company gained Rs 3, or 5.83%, to trade at Rs 54.50. The total volume of shares traded was 154,096 at the BSE (2.28 p.m., Wednesday).

Total volume of shares traded on the bourses today was higher by 8,471.44% to 674,794 compared with 22-day average volume of 7,873.
