Indian markets are likely to open flat with a positive bias tracking SGX Nifty and Asian markets, said Angel Broking in its report.

US markets were closed yesterday on the eve of President's day. European markets were mostly higher in early trade Monday, as higher commodity prices and optimism about U.S. President Donald Trump's promised tax and regulation cuts helped outweigh French election worries.
