Market moving factor
.The progress of monsoon key growing regions plays a significant role in determining prices of castor.
.International market productions drive domestic market prices of castor seed.
.Castor seed price tends to firm up during the planting period and eases down during the harvesting period.
.Castor seed growers and crushers hoard the commodity before selling in expectation of better prices. This is an important factor as Castor oil can be kept in containers without spoilage for long periods.
